Frequently Asked Questions
The minimum order is 50 business cards per design. This is perfect for small businesses, freelancers, or anyone who wants to test a new design without ordering large quantities. Quantities increase in multiples of 50 cards.
We offer three premium FSC-certified papers:
- Coated 300gsm - Bright white with smooth finish for professional appearance
- Bright 350gsm - Smooth matte stock with deep blacks and crisp whites
- Recycled 350gsm - 100% recycled with natural texture for eco-conscious businesses
All papers are carbon-captured and FSC-certified.
Our business cards are the standard size of 85x55mm, which is the most common business card size in the UK and Europe. This size fits perfectly in wallets, cardholders, and business card organizers. Business cards can be printed single or double-sided.
Yes, full-colour double-sided printing is available on all our business card options. Most business cards are printed double-sided, with contact information on the front and additional details, social media, or branding on the back. Simply supply both front and back artwork files.
Standard turnaround time is 5-7 working days from order confirmation. Once printed, business cards are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked delivery with tracking information provided via email. Rush orders may be available for urgent requirements - please contact us to discuss.
Our standard business cards are supplied unlaminated to maintain the premium quality of the paper. The Coated 300gsm option provides a smooth, professional finish.
If you do not have access to design software, or would prefer us to provide the setup service for you (chargeable at £12 inc VAT per design), please capture your artwork and upload your image via https://sixprint.wetransfer.com/
Once the file is selected you will see a screen with a box on the left hand side. Please fill out the form and include all of the following information:
- Contact Name
- Order Billing and Postal Address
- Contact Mobile & Landline Telephone Number
- Card Stock and Envelope Choice (either White or Recycled Brown Kraft fleck)
- Card Size and Quantity of Each Design
- If we are providing the setup service (£12 inc VAT per design), please send any information you'd like included on the reverse of the card and specify if you would like us to include a border
Note: The setup service turnaround is 14 working days for digital proofs. This is in addition to our standard print and dispatch turnaround time.
The Order Process
File Submission:
Send your order files to us via WeTransfer using the link above. Once received, we will download the files and check that they are correctly set up and of sufficient resolution.
File Review:
If any adjustments or additional information are needed, we will provide instructions via email. Otherwise, we will issue an invoice for payment.
Payment:
Payment can be made by bank transfer or using the Stripe 'Pay Now' button provided in the invoice.
Production & Delivery:
Once payment is confirmed, the typical turnaround time for business cards is 7 working days. All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
** Quantity discounts are applicable only if cards are printed to the same size and card stock. Discounts are subject to change.
